Bin neu hier... komme aus Essen in Deutschland. Ich hoffe, dass ihr mir helfen könnt.
Ich fahre einen Tahoe Z71, Bj 2000 (alte Bodyform).
Jedes Jahr begleitet er uns auf Urlaubstour nach Spanien.
Dieses Jahr habe ich ein kleines Problem.
5 Personen und 2 grosse Hunde als Passagiere.
Klima ist defekt und sowieso uninteressant, da die Mitfahrer sie gesundheitlich nicht vertragen.
Also muss ich irgendwie frische Luft ins Heck bekommen.
Ich dachte daran, die Seitenfenster auszubauen und Bleche mit Campingfenstern einzusetzen.
Hat schon mal jemand die hinteren Seitenscheiben ausgebaut?
Oder soll ich lieber in die Cargodoors Belüftungsgitter einsetzen?
Ich hoffe, ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen.
Auf deutsch oder englisch.
Niederländisch kann ich leider nicht.

I would think that the rear quarter windows would be easiest and best to open. Maybe like how quarter windows in hot hatches open (with a clip on the back and the hinge on the front). This forces fresh air from the front to the back.
The reason I would choose this in stead of the rear window is twofold:
1. Because of the square shape of the car there will be a vortex on the rear top of the car creating a vacuum at the window. This will prevent air flowing in or out.
2. Because of this vortex rolling upwards exhaust fumes may actually be blown up- and inwards.
I had a station wagon (‘71 Plymouth Satellite Custom, incidentally sold to Germany by the way) which had a special roof spoiler that changed the vortex in a way that the vortex would shift further back reducing sound and exhaust fumes.
I drove around without it for a while and the fumes blew back inside.

Oder vielleicht einen Glasdach (sunroof) montieren im bereich des Kofferraums?
